As close to perfect as a singing voice can be. No studio tricks, no auto-tune, just pure talent. There's not enough space here to describe how pleasing to the ears her singing is. She sounds so happy here. I hope that someday some record company (like Bear Family Records) gathers all her LP, BBC studio recordings, and live performances into one package.. I'd be first in line to buy it. Thanks for posting this.

i'm 70 years old and never knew she existed until a month ago by actsident. now i can't get enough her singing, she's was truely one of a kind. i'v got a bone to pick with GOD for taking her away too soon, brings tears to my eyes. if anybody has earned their wings, it was her.

I stumbled on Lena's videos by mere chance, never having heard of her before. I am gobsmacked. Boy, she really had it, this slip of a girl!! So sad, her being taken away so young like that.

pity lena went same way as karen carpenter but lena was hoping for a miracle and she was undergoing surgery when she died anorexia has a lot to answer for

We have seen so many 'imitators' over the years, girl singers so well rehearsed, but Lena was unique because she was a natural.
