Yeah, I agree with the hot chick. Either way, the whole porn thing is silly. It's hillarious that if she waited four years, the whole thing is ignored and she's just another dumb whore on the internet. She could have actually legitimately made money had she waited, but she's held responsible because her goods are still too young for public consumption. wtf is that? I hope nothing becomes of it. Let the girl go. She's already done enough damage to her image for Christ sake.

Why would they charge her with an adult law like that in the first place while rapists and people who beat there wifes and children get a lot less and i mean A LOT!!
The spirit of the law is absolutely not being used here, heck i just wanna become an American/Canadian just so i can help bring more justice to our western world, i hate injustice but thats what im all about!

Real sex offenders may fight back, and a cop would have lose a few pounds to chase after them.
Im 45, and I have to laugh when I think of the days of truth or dare, strip poker and skinny dipping. Can you imagine how long the list of sex offenders would be.
My space most likely deleted the photos as they should. The only other thing anybody else should have done, if they chose to was inform her parents. This as it is has no business being any kind of legal issue.

I agree with you but the law is very technical and there isn't typically any room for exceptions once the process starts. I have a feeling the lawmakers didn't really count on underage girls be charged with sex offences when they drafted Megan's law up. Don't blame enforcement, they have to go by the letter of the law. What's needed here is a revision of the law to exclude registration of minor's. That should do it.

they are hard to catch tho. the law are too busy doing useless crap to actually tackle them :L

i think she should be subjected to some kind punishment . My reason is this , if she is 14 and anyone male or female over the age of 17 looks at those pics they can be charged with viewing child porn . just from a few pics she posted she would create (depending on amount of friends on her myspace) hundreds or thousands of registerd sex offenders. And yes viewing her nude photos , if she is less than 18 is a crime, a sex crime, her actions should not be taken lightly.

The cops are hard at working busting a child for making pornography of herself. Meanwhile, there's 3 guys raping the crap out of an 8 year old girl's bum. And nobody cares about that. |
